We have been redistributing the wealth since as far back as I can remember. Many of us are church members and give regularly. After retiring from a 25-or 30 year position or job, many of us do volunteer work, some long enough to retire a second time with 5, 10, or 15 years of volunteer service. We get requests every day, almost, from one of the city charities or soup kitchens and we send them checks; Very often, it's to help with Thanksgiving, Christmas dinners, etc. We buy name stickers from several different organizations, sent to us not by request but asking for a donation. Thats another word for redistribution. We send lightly worn clothing to organizations who distribute to the needy. We give our older furniture to some group who sells it or provides for lower income persons. We even give our cars away when we buy new ones.

Yes, BO, there really is redistribution, IT IS CALLED SANTA CLAUS ..or other names..
