I have written, and Gov Scott is getting so many Emails, I just got the notice that my Email was received as were 100s of others, so please tell me all of you sent Emails to everyone urging them to NOT implement the exchanges. Some thought required, and many of us are still thinking out what comes next.  Certainly I do not want to hear the word "mandate" as Biden used the day after the election.  They did not win the popular vote, but they did win the electoral college vote, so there WAS NO MANDATE for them to do anything, and they should be called on any stated MANDATE early and often.
