Connect the dots….. “Operation Blackjack” Tick tock, tick tock…
First The White House, well, more specifically President Obama uses an executive order, intentionally non-reported by the media, to give the DHS full control over all privately owned communication networks nationally. Cell phone, internet, and land based telecommunications.
Then the White House authorizes, (again by non-media reported executive order) the regime enforcement branch (DHS) to use military spy drones for use in all areas of ‘national importance’ to enforce “citizen safety“.
Following, and in preparation for, the regime enforcement branch (DHS) orders 450 million, yes million, hollowpoint bullets. While ammunition itself seems not too unreasonable of a request by a major federal entity that emphasizes domestic durability and safeguarding the country from coast to coast, the choice — and quantity — of its hollow point order raises a lot of questions about future plans for the DHS.
ATK says they won their contract with the US government by being able to provide them with 450 million HST bullets, which it describes as “the next generation in high performance duty ammunition.”
What does that mean, exactly? On their website, the contractor claims that the ammunition is specifically designed so that it can pass through a variety of obstructions and offers “optimum penetration for terminal performance.” Or, in other words, this is the kind of bullet designed to stop any object dead in its tracks and, if emptied into the hands of the DHS a few hundred million times, just might do as much.
The regime then quietly (february) demands a control enforcement mechanism nullifying the 2nd Amendment in any proximity to a federal government official. - The US House of Representatives voted 388-to-3 in favor of H.R. 347 (Feb) a bill which is being dubbed the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011.
In the bill, Congress officially makes it illegal to trespass on the grounds of the White House, which, on the surface, seems not just harmless and necessary, but somewhat shocking that such a rule isn’t already on the books. The wording in the bill, however, extends to allow the government to go after much more than tourists that transverse the wrought iron White House fence.
Under the act, the government is also given the power to bring charges against Americans engaged in political protest anywhere in the country.
This might be alarming in the abstract all by itself, however when you attach the previous regime ruling from November 2011, things get a bit more, well, twitchy. Under the National Operations Center (NOC)’s Media Monitoring Initiative that came out of DHS headquarters in November [2011], Washington has the written permission to retain data on users of social media and online networking platforms.
Specifically, the DHS announced the NCO and its Office of Operations Coordination and Planning (OPS) can collect personal information from news anchors, journalists, reporters or anyone who may use “traditional and/or social media in real time to keep their audience situationally aware and informed.”
According to the Department of Homeland Security’s own definition of personal identifiable information, or PII, such data could consist of any intellect “that permits the identity of an individual to be directly or indirectly inferred, including any information which is linked or linkable to that individual.” Previously established guidelines within the administration say that data could only be collected under authorization set forth by written code, but the new provisions in the NOC’s write-up means that any reporter, whether someone along the lines of Walter Cronkite or a budding blogger, can be victimized by the agency.
Still with me?
Then do a little research on F.A.S.T. - The Department of Homeland Security F.A.S.T. project stands for the Future Attribute Screening Technology Mobile Module. If this technology is implemented quickly on the public, it will be an invasion of privacy beyond the comprehension of most Americans. Remember, this is technology specifically and intentionally intended for use on citizens within our nation.
DHS Deputy Press Secretary Peter Boogaard says FAST is designed to track and monitor body movements, voice pitch changes, fluctuations in rhythm and intonation, eye movement, body heat changes and breathing patterns in order to gather research that could help pin-point the inner workings of wro... Boogard says that preliminary research has already been conducted and that the DHS has used technological sensors and observational techniques to signal out signs of stress “associated with intent to do harm.”
The DHS says that they do not intend on deploying FAST program on the public anytime soon, but should they chose to, that means that your every move — inside and out — could be recorded to keep America safe . . . one blink at a time.
Then, last month, a little known and scarcely reported “military exercise” in the early before dawn hours of Saint Louis Missouri. I mean, on theSTREETS OF SAINT LOUIS…...
There are plenty of mindless dupes out there who do not understand the dangers of the Army crossing the Rubicon and acting in a civil law enforcement capacity, never mind that they are completely ignorant of the fact that it violates the Posse Comitatus Act. Some more ‘progressive usurpers’ will even point out that in some countries they don’t use police at all; only military. This is true.
We call those countries “tyrannies”…
Add to the mix the reality that the DOD refuses to respond to any further inquiries by the press concerning details of the training, and you get yet another suspicious instance of behavior on the part of the establishment that seems preparatory for domestic action. Is it not just a little alarming considering the high frequency of these activity reports?
Then today….. This little insignificant report flying well below the radar of Lame Stream Media attention…… WASHINGTON DC - The Department of Homeland Security has ordered masses of riot gear equipment to prepare for potential significant domestic riots at the Republican National Convention, Democratic National Convention and next year’s presidential inauguration.
The DHS submitted a rushed solicitation to the Federal Business Opportunities site on Wednesday, which is a portal for Federal government procurement requisitions over $25,000. The request gave the potential suppliers only one day to submit their proposals and a 15-day delivery requirement to Alexandria, Virginia.
As the brief explains, “the objective of this effort is to procure riot gear to prepare for the 2012 Democratic and Republican National Conventions, the 2013 Presidential Inauguration and other future similar activities.”
The total amount ordered is about 150 sets of riot helmets, thigh and groin protectors, hard-shell shin guards and other riot gear.
Specifically, DHS is looking to obtain:
- “147 riot helmets” with “adjustable tactical face shield with liquid seal” – “147 sets of upper body and shoulder protection” – “152 sets of thigh and groin protection” – “147 hard-shell shin guards” with “substantial protection from flying debris, non-ballistic weapons, and blows to the leg” and “optimized protective design for severe riot control or tactical situations.” – “156 forearm protectors” – “147 pairs of tactical gloves”
The riot gear will be worn by Federal Protective Service agents who are tasked with protecting property, grounds and buildings owned by the federal government. (read more)
