Reports and pictures are coming from Louisiana (and Alaska) that indicate the oil spill has not been cleaned, which is contradicting the government and BP reports.  Also many business owners have not been paid for their full documented  losses. It is the job of the Judiciary branch of the Government to make sure this is completed.

Instead they unlawfully  put themselves between BP and the American People, collecting the money from BP before dispersing it.  The victims have not been paid, but I would bet the gov bureaucracy is getting paid.

We do not have an out of control public, we have an out  of control government.  That is why we need to downsize them, and take away their power to cheat the people...put them back in the box of the Constitution.

What I have read is that all we would have to do is join a federal lawsuit already filed by several Gulf states for loss of sales tax revenue, property tax revenues, lodging taxes, etc.  from the downturn in the economy due to the spill.  According to some who had been compiling those figures while Crist was president, that number could be over $1 billion.  However, Bondi and Scott are "thinking about it".  I hope that this legislature is not so beholden to big business that they won't do the right thing for the people of the state of Florida.  I guess they are so worried about drug testing welfare recipients and state workers that there is no extra time to get some money from BP

RS also did some of the best reporting on the BP oil spill (the corruption and bought off officials).
