Remember Harry Reid?

In  November 2013, he invoked the "nuclear option", whereby only a simple majority in the Senate was needed to force approval of judge nominations being filibustered by Republicans. It only took 52 votes (not 60)  to break up the filibuster and get Obama's appointees into office. All that Milquetoast McConnell has to do is declare the Iran Nuke deal a Constitutional matter (which all Treaties are), declare the "Nuclear Option" triggered, and if 51 Republicans disapprove the deal, it's DEAD.

Now, not being a politician, I may have overlooked or misconstrued some points, so will somebody tell me where this reasoning is defective? If necessary, I'll bet that Little Tan Johnny B. could do the same in the House, if he was forced to....................
