The Problem with Everify
While I am in agreement that illegal immigration must be stopped, I am against the eVerify legislation for the following reasons:
1. Creates a de facto national I.D. System - even for citizens;
2. Violates individual civil liberties such as the right to work and free speech;
3. Mandates a costly job-killing regulatory burden that cripples small business;
4. Requires employers to become enforcement agents of the federal government;
5. Encourages identify theft of law-abiding citizens.
Benjamin Franklin said it best when he said, “Anyone who trades liberty for security deserves neither liberty nor security”.

The "National or Internal Passport" that the Soviets put in place, has pretty much been installed here through HSA, FEMA, TSA, SSA, and many other varied and assorted FEDERAL AGENCIES. Tapped into these (not officially, but effectively) is the ATF, FBI, CIA, NSA, FEMA, NIS (ICE), AND THE MILITARIZED LOCAL SHERIFF. No more scanners. If the POLICE need to raid your house at 0400, you will n=know the instant it happens (try not to be executed). Too Late. They're here. and they are us. sleep well.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??
If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
