WE LOST ANOTHER BATTLE AND WE WILL WIN THE WAR!

The Tea Party office phone was ringing off the hook yesterday. People were calling as they expressed their dismay and unhappiness over the vote on the Financial Reform Bill.

We also heard from a CFO of a local well-known, “home grown” restaurant company that expressed dismay over new regulations from the healthcare bill. She had just received information from the IRS regarding new policies about W2’s and 1099’s. These new policies were impacting the Accounting Department with a new set of regulations and a lot more work for her and her staff. She said, “This is ridiculous and do you know how long it will take us to manage the new IRS requirements?”

She had no idea who to call or what to do – she felt alone with her pain and her frustration. We told her we understood her pain and she hung up after finding out how to become a tea party member.

The Tea Party organizers across the country feel that way today. We have done everything we can to respectfully ask our Senators and Representatives to listen to We the People. The refuse to do so and yesterday, once again, they threw the American people their middle finger and voted for Non-Financial Reform.

A local tea party member, Lynne Holicky, wrote about this horrible bill and you can see her reaction to this at http://www.libertycentral.org/senator-brown-and-his-truck-just-ran-...

This bill is as bad as it gets and Americans will once again be fooled into believing it is a good thing. Don’t be fooled by their “we want to ensure this economic tragedy never happens again in America.”

Really? If that is the case, then they should have fired themselves and left town. Had they done that, it would have ensured Americans this economic tragedy would never happen again!! They caused this mess and now they are pretending as if they are saving us from it. Bull hockey!! You know better and we know better and that’s why the Tea Party Movement is here to stay. We are not going away and we are not going to stop holding them accountable.

George Washington was a great leader and he lost many battles. His people were fatigued. He was losing steam himself. He wanted his life back. He wanted to go home and farm. But he didn’t. He stood together with his men and kept fighting against all odds. And, because he did, we were handed a free America and the opportunity to enjoy life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Our job is to continue George’s job. We hope you will stay the course, get involved, rise up, donate your time, energy, talents and money to the great cause of fighting for freedom in the Tea Party Movement.

We need you to do all these things so we can support the principles of our founding fathers and secure liberty for our children, grandchildren and future generations on our family trees.

It’s your time now. Will you help? Will you encourage others to help too? Watch the video below and get yourself motivated to help your country. Contact us at admin@firstcoastteaparty.org and let us know if you are ready to get to work.

We can also use your donations to continue to serve you. Please consider making a donation today or even a monthly donation towards keeping this office open for your benefit. You can make a donation at: http://firstcoastteaparty.org/?page_id=36

"It may be better to live under robber barons thatn under omnipotent busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated, but, those who torment us for our own good, will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of the consciences."

john, although we share the same last name, we DO NOT share the same beliefs. i think it's completely okay to fight for freedom from the clutches of the government. merely talking about fiscal policy is boring and will push people away from the movement. we have to be about something bigger than that. now, do i think that obama is a legal u.s. citizen? yes. but there is room in our movement for everyone, and i respect those who have a differnt opinion from my own. can you do the same?

By the way, those folks in office who have nothing to hide, will probably not spend over a million dollars hiding something that does not exist.

We can stick our heads in the sand, as proposed by Mr. Stephenson, or we can face up to the reality that a whole bunch of our politicians that are in office right now need to find another line of work. The choice is not that complicated, nor, is it going to be simple to correct, but, it is doable. To refuse to recognize criminal activity by our politicians is to empower evil people. Those who sit idly by and do nothing are as guilty as those that advocate for the propagation of evil. The only requirement for evil to flourish in our nation is for good people to do nothing.

When you get that economy thing fixed, and, maybe have the income tax as a distant memory, give me a call. Till then, guess you got some work to do.

You're absolutely right. Doesn't matter to some folks whether their elected officials obey the law or not.

See the attached document. Looks like he is not even a "natural born citizen" of the United States of America. Therefore, under our laws, he cannot hold the office of President of the United States of America. Don't ask again why Americans are calling him "the Imposter".obama-kenyan-birth-cert.pdf

I agree, as I think most Tea Party Patriots, that Republicans are not always the best solution to our Government woes. I hope they have learned that but I also hope the "suddenly more conservative" Republicans like John McCain, if reelected, will continue that mindset and not revert to what put us in this place of Obama/Reid/Pelosi virtually unfettered reign. Conservatives and maybe angry business women might just save this country. Okay, maybe business people but the women are sure starting to recognize the future in store for their children and deciding to speak out and even run for office.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
