This is exactly why I do not understand the lack of support for Ron Paul. I know...Foreign Policy...another example of him following The Constitution.

why haven't you done this already? you know it seems like everybody want to talk about the problems  we have, but no one wants to stand and do anything. i know i'm talking bout myself also,but our fore fathers would be screaming why are you letting this happen. are we a people that only wants to go to washington on saturdays and then live in our comfort zones the rest of the week? you know that they can come and lock me up for this type of talk. they call it trying to start an uprising, but you know what me and my wife has stood the test and faced the gaint on their own territory and came out the victor. my wife stood up for her rites in the state of TN, aganist a state trooper knowing that she could've went to jail. because she stood on the consitution and he knew he was wong and she was rite. had to let her let proceed and knew he'd met a real american. not many people if any that i know would've done that, because people are scared of the establisment. you know how i know that? i see it all the time out there on the highways. people see a policeman and what do they do stand on their brakes because they are scared to get a ticket even tho the office is busy with someone else. heres a good for y'all the seat belt law people put theirs on because 1they thinkl that it will save their lives,they may be rite but when it comes time for you to go no seat belt or anything else will save you.2 people are wear their seat belts because they are told to and it's the law. nowhere in the consitution does it say that i have to wear a seat belt. so people how much longer are we going to be sheepable???????? another thing people won't do is take a stand aganist the IRS i have and became a victor because 1belief in GOD and what the consitution says bout TAXES. i have stood the gaint down and they knew they were wrong so they had to leave with their tail beteewn their legs so to speak. they came to my house one day demanding that i pay them the money that i owed them, when my wife [AGAIN] because i wasn't here i was at work[ seems that when they strike is when the man of the house isn't home] but when my wife stated the consitution bout taxes they said oh another consitutionilst she said yes and they told her to have a nice day and never heard from them again. they know their bounderies and when you stand up and they know that your not afraid thats when we WIN. so if we can stand the gaint down why can't y'all?????????? we can WIN and defeat the gaint he's not that big.look at little david just a boy with a sling and a stone took down the gaint then slew him with his sword. we are little people but we are huge in numbers and can bring down this gaint because  we are GODS people. you know after tonight i might not be here because of my voice but you know i don't care. if i can light one fire in somone then it's meant to be. i've been harassed by BATF also but i'm still here with my voice and my belief that GOD will see me thru. they threatend my family in NH with violence and me and my family here in jacksonville. but you know what we are still here and my sisters and their familys are still in tack and no one was ever harmed. they have ransacked my house, followed me to TN when i lived there. harrassed me and my wife [again when i wasn't home] when we lived in TN. took pictures of all my herbs and sugar and salt that we had in baggies,all my guns and ammuntion. i called the people that are in charge[or were back then]of the TN militia and they said that they could use those pics in the furure as a reference as to my having drugs and being a terriost because of my guns and ammo. but i'm still here and running my mouth,this is not brag or looking to be some kinda[hero so to speak] but just letting you know that as long as you have your strength and belief in GOD then who can harm you?you know theres nothing here that you can take with you its all materialistic[sp]. i tell people all the time what are they going to scare me with heaven? i'm re

Actually, my first thought Kurt was to send a copy of the video link to our congressmen and senators and ask if this was what they envisioned when they passed that bill allowing regular Americans to be arrested and held without the benefit of their constitutional rights, because this lady was certainly not given hers and was called a terrorist because of what she has done the last 4 years (holding their feet to the fire) and because she is a constitutionalist (which is a bad word?  really?  and from the mouth of the judge she stood in front of?).

well if we are truly patriots then we need to band together and help this lady out. we are all childern of GOD and the way i see it that our sister needs our assistance and all the love and compassion that we can give her. put this way if was your child what would you do? same thing that shes doing. appealing to her brothers and sisters in the movement. if we don't stand with this sister then we are not patriots at all. thats rite i'm calling all of us to make a decision here, if we let this happen there it can happen to each and everyone of us. it's time we stood and fought back.the patriot act is null and void in this country, don't care what people say the consitution is what we stand on nothing else it's time to march people. what say every body????????????????

Hard to judge the case when watching such a poorly made video. The woman on camera spoke for over 4 minutes without providing any summary of the case. She gave not hint about why she was instituting a lawsuit. This is a good lesson for those who would communicate with the public and elected officials. Get to the main point right off the bat!

Check the video at about 7:30.  Agree more facts are necessary before drawing any conclusions, but she was arrested without a warrant - like some dirtbag getting arrested for throwing a brick through the window of a police car.

Apparently this is some type of child custody issue.  Exactly how does that morph into an arrest for opposing Agenda 21?

If Ft. Collins and Larimer County are controlled by Republicans, then it might be possible they are as corrupt as Obama's justice department.  Republicans don't have a monopoly on ethical behavior in office.

There is not enough objective information here for me to draw any conclusions.  How about some more facts (not speculation) about her case?
