Notice is hereby given that Finance Chair, Richard Clark will meet with the Finance Committee members in Council Chambers located at 117 W. Duval St., 1st Floor, St. James Building on the following dates to discuss the 2011-2012 Budget:


Thursday, August 11, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.)

Thursday, August 18, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.)

Thursday, August 25, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.)


Specific hearing dates and times for departments will follow upon receipt from the Council Auditor’s office.
