Notice is hereby given that Finance Chair, Richard Clark will meet with the Finance Committee members in Council Chambers located at 117 W. Duval St., 1^st Floor, St. James Building on the following dates to discuss the 2011-2012 Budget:

Thursday, August 11, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.)

Thursday, August 18, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.)

Thursday, August 25, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.)

Specific hearing dates and times for departments will follow upon receipt from the Council Auditor’s office.
