Notice is hereby given that the Jacksonville City Council will meet on Thursday, June 30, 2011, 6:00 p.m., Jacoby Symphony Hall- Times Union Center for the Performing Arts located at 300 Water Street, Jacksonville, Florida. The event is held for the 2011-2015 Installation of Members and Officers of the Jacksonville City Council and for Michael Corrigan, Tax Collector for 2011-2015.

The Honorable Stephen C. Joost will be sworn in as President and William H. Bishop, II will be sworn in as Vice President for the Jacksonville City Council. In accordance with Council Rules the positions will become effective July 1, 2011. (Invited attendees will include the Jacksonville City Council Members, Constitutional officers, Judges, Duval Delegation, and Congressional Representatives, appointed Board and Commission members of the City of Jacksonville as well as the public at large.) Invitations are not required to attend this event.
