Christmas Greetings for November in September!

'T'was the night before elections
And all through the town
Tempers were flaring
Emotions all up and down!

I, in my bathrobe
With a cat in my lap
Had cut off the TV
Tired of political clap-trap.

When all of a sudden
There arose such a noise
I peered out of my window
Saw Obama and his boys

They had come for my wallet
They wanted my pay
To give to the others
Who hadn't worked a day!

He snatched up my money
And quick as a wink
Jumped back on his bandwagon
As I gagged from the stink

He rallied his henchmen
Who were pulling his cart
I could tell they were out
To tear my country apart!

'On Fannie, on Freddie,
On Biden and Ayers!
On Acorn, and Pelosi'
He screamed at the pairs!

They took off for his cause
And flew out of sight
I heard him laugh at the nation
That wouldn't stand up and fight!

So I leave you to think
On this one final note-
IF YOU DON'T WANT SOCIALISM
GET OUT AND VOTE!!!!
AMEN!

As a small businessman, the ways of government are anathema to me.
I can't imagine doing things LESS efficiently, while charging MORE for my services.

I guess that you'd have to be a politician, a statist, or a welfare recipient for that to make sense?

And poo on his comments about Tony Sleiman. The tea party started this fight with the city over the budget. Tony has only donated things that make it easier for us and he is entitled to put TV spots on and Littlepage can go pound sand :)

I have already gone in and said my piece to him. He knows darned well he was not at the town halls and a smooth budget process is one where you projected income and expenditures are equal (not where you have to borrow money to make the expenses. Most people right now are cutting out the vacations, because they can't afford them, so the city needs to go back to basic services and let the other things go, because we can't afford them!

Patricia, didn't you know? We are all just puppets under Tony Sleiman's control! LOL!

Ron Littlepage is SUCH a dishonest left-wing spin artist. He acts as if there ISN'T 45 million dollars to cut from the Jacksonville budget.

City Council Member Brown has changed his yes vote to no on the tax increase (but he still expects the tax increase to pass). Awesome guys.

There are foreclosures EVERYWHERE, people are out of work, and the city coffers are suffering. So what does the city want to do?
(drumroll please)....

THEY WANT TO RAISE PROPERTY TAXES!

"To offset the revenue shortfall" of course.

God help us!

Billie, I'll bet you and I have the same opinion of Mr. Littlepage? :-)

Good going everyone! My daughter and I will be handing flyers out to tailgaters and other Jags fans at the game today. Wes Marsh has flyers too, and he'll be at the loading docks between the Landing and the blue bridge today at 2pm until he's out of flyers and tee shirts.

Way to go ya'll!!

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
