4-12-2012  The FCTP office was quite busy today with people in and out organizing for the "Do You Know Where Your Country Is?" rally this Sunday, but we still had an interesting meeting.  Carol mentioned a "Florida Alliance" Conference Call in which one of the topics was the stealth movement to take power away from sheriffs.  A few months ago I attended an event at which Sheriff Richard Mack was a speaker.  As soon as I locate the notes I took I'll summarize and post his remarks.

A few weeks ago I wrote that Peggy Hall had discovered some problems with the election report of the past Republican Primary.  She's put a lot of work into researching this matter and is now ready to present Jerry Holland with a list of questions.  She's already got 2 volunteers to go with her to his office but welcomes anyone else who would like to go along and show their concern.

The topic of FCTP's application to the IRS for a 501c4 status was discussed again.  This originally was applied for on Aug. 31, 2010.  The IRS did not respond until 1 1/2 years later when they sent 11 comprehensive questions and gave us 2 weeks to answer.  We mailed off the 4 lbs. of paperwork they requested on Feb. 21st and are again waiting their response.  We are not the only Tea Party that this is happening to!    The government seems to be purposefully trying to wear us down - to discourage us from obtaining the tax status we deserve.

Various members are interested in setting up at flea markets to register people to vote, and hopefully engage some of them in conversations that will pique their interest and point them in our direction.  Last weekend Tom set up at Beach Blvd. Flea Market.  He got 15 people to fill out registration forms but got 75 people to "commit" to attend the rally at the Landing on Sunday, 2-3:30.  Good job!  This Saturday Andy will be set up at the Ramona Blvd. Flea Market (off Lane Ave.).  He'll be in Building C at 0600!  People who go to flea markets get up early!

If you want a little chore this week, you could contact (call, write, e-mail) your Representatives and Senators with your opinion concerning the outsourcing of counting votes in the Presidental election to Spain.  Did they think we wouldn't be concerned!?  Maybe the reason they keep making these "little" changes is that they've noticed they get away with it; they don't get much reaction from people.  If we're ever going to react we need to do it now.  If Obama gets reelected it will be too late.  They'll be a lot more to react to but it will be too late!

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
