  Lunch Bunch had a small group today, just 6 patriots, but that doesn't mean it was a waste of time!  We got a lot of insight into how much effort goes into keeping FCTP up and running.  Do you think it would be a good idea if we obtained 501 C4 status?  Yeah, we do too!  Would it surprise you to know FCTP put in the application almost 2 years ago, filled out all the forms, answered all the questions, and still hasn't heard anything!?  Does it seem if the application hadn't been filled out correctly or if there was some other problem, that there would be some communication and/or explanation!?  How frustrating!  Is the Government ignoring applications from Tea Parties?  Are they thinking we'll just give up or disband?  A 501c4 status would be very helpful.  To keep the office going is expensive and it's being done with donations.

There's a lot of changes going on with FCTP's leadership and funding is being looked at.  There could possibly be a "membership fee" in the future.  There are a lot of people who "join" and are never heard from again.  A little bit of a fee might make membership more meaningful!
