Matt Schellenberg is our featured guest speaker for this month’s meeting, city council member for district 6.

 Getting to know your council members and communicating with them is the best way to ensure they act as true representatives of the citizens, you and I.  

The flip-side of not communicating or becoming acquainted is the best way to ensure they act as they see fit.  Which will you do?

What mode of communication do you prefer between you and your constituents; in-person, phone, email, letter?

• What are your feelings on the council as a whole?
• What specifically do you wish to accomplish during your term?
• What issues are you concerned about?
• Do you anticipate creating any type of newsletter or periodic news update for constituents on what is happening with city council?
