This month our speaker will be Jacksonville’s Hat Lady, Fathiyyah. Fathiyyah recently spoke at our Community Outreach Event and told her story of how only in America can you reach your dreams by hard work. Below is a clip of her story.

Our next Community Outreach Event will be on Tuesday, November 10. The speaker will be Niger Innis. Attached is a flyer for the event as well as a bio of Niger.
Calling all Veterans and Patriots! November 11 is Veteran’s Day and for the seventh year, we will be pulling the FCTP Wharf through the streets of downtown Jacksonville. Come join us we honor our Veterans. You are welcome to walk with us or ride on the wharf. At the end, we will continue our tradition of placing a wreath at the Veterans Wall.
Also Christy Homitz has asked that I pass on information for the upcoming North Jax Community Meeting. Please see attached for information on that meeting.
As always, donations are always welcome for the USO and Ronald McDonald House.
Our 2015 Christmas ornaments are here and I will have them for sale at our November meeting. Attached is a flyer for you to see what they look like.
Be strong and I hope to see you on the 9th.

They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
