The topic of the meeting is "Common Core" educational standards.
There will be a short presentation followed by a roundtable discussion. The goal is for people to learn more about the "Common Core" educational standards. Questions to be discussed
If this is the solution what is the problem?
Follow the money. Who is funding the program and why?
What are the potential risks associated with central control of the education of all children?
Have the standards been tried and proven or are they new and not validated?
Who controls the copyrights to the standards?

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
