We get electric surges alot. Live off Racetrack

It's not just the surges. Our bill went way up in Nov. & Dec. Problem is, we do not use our heater (even on the coldest days). We heat with fireplace during the day, and lots of blankets at bed time. Called JEA, imagine...............THEY HAD NO EXCUSE !!! Must be something we are doing. There simply is no recourse. No one will investigate this group of thieves.

We have lived in Mandarin for 17 years and have no sewer problems.  Occassionally our electricity goes out when it rains a great deal but that happens all over the US.  Can't think of any other problems.

Do they really think we believe that we use exactly the same amount of water in the months exactly one year apart.  They don't read any meters.  Ridiculous.
