Linda; I will not be able to attend my work will not allow me to take off. I have been to two 9/12 events (2009 &2010), went to the Bloody Sunday in DC when the Health Care bill was passed with our objection. I have attended 3 Tea parties at the Landing, 2 at St. Augustine, 2 at Orange Park, and 2 at Starke. I have traveled to DC for the 8/28 march with Glen Beck and went to The Villages to hear him as well as a trip to hear Marco Rubio there and when he was at UNF. My wife phone banked for Scott Brown (with no regrets, even though he is too liberal for us) and walked the street 4 days for Mike Yost (and he is not in our district) as well as phone banked for him as well. My truck has bumper stickers all over it and a Arizona flag flying under the American flag in my front yard. Of course people my not notice it for all the Political signs in my yard along with the one that says "Stop Socialism - it is Un-American". I do not know if you were wanting to convince me or others that I am not a member of the TEA party, but although I don't pay any dues or have a card saying so, I get a lot of static from my UNION co-workers for they think that I am one. I just want to do what is right.
