I think she pays for what she can on the government's dime, so she can spend money on inappropriate things like this. I can't think of another first lady ever who would have shown up, as the first lady of the United States representing the people, in an outfit like this. Me thinks these 2 imbeciles in the white house are spending too much time with Hollywood elites and have totally lost touch with reality (they never had any common sense, so I certainly wouldn't accuse of losing something they never had).
