   Stop immediately all foreign aid and place that
   money directly to American People.

   Encourage core industries of the U.S. steel, aircraft, chemical, electronics and more.

   Stop all mortgage foreclosures, particularly where
   the owners are still in occupation.

at same rate redeemed dollar is withdrawn.
