Shari, thanks for asking. I am sorry to be slow in responding. Had been out of town, got snowed in..We need help for all the events however, on the 15th we really need help with the CC Candidate tables. Each table will have a host, prepared questions and we hope to have 4-6 other Tea Party members at each table as well. To prehaps ask follow-ups and compile the information at the end of the session. I believe that I have the merchandise table/refreshment table covered. However another hand there would be ok as well.. Let me know and as always, thanks so very much for your offer to help.. HI!! Wanted to touch base with you and let you know that I did give Fred's name to Jim Collier for security duty. I have assigned you to the Merchandise table (s). The lady that handles the organization of our merchandise is Cathy Welch and she will be there. You will be working with at least 5 other volunteers. When you arrive please go to the Volunteer Sign In table which will be located behind the stage area to get your badges. The ladies there will be able to tell you where the merchandise table is located. At the end of the evening if you would ensure that your badges are return to the volunteer table it would be appreciated. If you have any questions do not hesitate to call me at 607-8826 or message me here. I am always checking. You may want to arrive by 6 or earlier to avoid the rush.
