BARACK OBAMA HAS DECLARED HIMSELF DE-FACTO DICTATOR OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
It's Official: Barack Obama Has Declared Himself De-facto Dictator Of The United States Of America.
While the tyrannical pronouncement went largely unreported by the Obama-media, Barack Obama declared himself de-facto dictator of the United States of America on Wednesday, possibly signaling the end of the United States as we know it.
In what can only be described as a blatant, totalitarian and authoritarian abuse of power, Barack Obama, decreed that Richard Cordray would be the head of his so-called Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and he made his declaration without the advice and consent of the Senate, and, by doing so, he clearly violated Article 2, Section 2 of the United States Constitution.
But do not be deceived, the Cordray decree is not just another run of the mill Obama abuse of power.
Through this seemingly insignificant but illegal act of defiance, Barack Obama stopped sticking his toe in the water and finally took the plunge and declared Congress irrelevant, and as long as Congress accepts its newly decreed irrelevance, nothing stands in Barack Obama's way. That's how tyrannies start!
We can't allow that to happen. The disease that is the Obama administration must be stopped and IMPEACHMENT is the only cure!
They Puff. They Pontificate. And Yet, They Do Nothing!
There's no doubt that Obama, by any sane person's reckoning, has crossed the line. And yet, our elected officials are still all talk and no action. What gives?
After blustering and pontificating that Obama's actions were "an extraordinary and entirely unprecedented power grab" that "would have a devastating effect on the checks and balances that are enshrined in our Constitution," John Boehner cowardly rolled over and said; "I expect the courts will find the appointment to be illegitimate.”
Excuse us Mr. Boehner? Wait just a minute. The Constitution is clear and your Constitutional duty is clear. And simply talking tough and punting your Constitutional duty over to liberal activist judges does not excuse you from doing your duty.
Barack Obama is not a king or a monarch. He is not our dictator and when the man or woman occupying the Oval Office violates the Constitution, the remedy is IMPEACHMENT and the jurisdiction to impeach lies with you, not the courts!
Mitch McConnell did no better. All he could muster was feckless outrage and say that Obama had "arrogantly circumvented the American people" and his decree “fundamentally endangers the Congress’s role in providing a check on the excesses of the executive branch.”
Just words… nothing but words.
But make no mistake, our founding fathers are rolling over in their graves over this dictatorial and tyrannical power grab and we are once again left to ask: What must this pretender do… how many times must this tin-pot dictator abuse the Constitution before our elected officials do what must be done to preserve our Republic and push to impeach this imposter and remove him from the office that he usurped!
The Media Is Lying To You. Cordray Was Not A "Recess Appointment" And Obama Knows That He Is Violating The Constitution.

You make preparation sound sinful. When we NEED a militia: WHEN WE NEED A MILITIA, IT WILL BE TOO $%^&*&^%$#$% LATE!! Make sure your guns are loaded, food stocked: if not do not come knocking on my door. Like protection and preservation, it is a PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. Only those of like minds can form up for what needs to be done!

I just logged onto my computer when I noticed an update from out Tea Party. I started reading and as I did my mouth dropped open and I told my wife, you have to read this, it is exactily what I said to you last night. Obama is acting out his desires to be a dictator. Being a history major in college, I have read about how many modern dictatorships are created. Believe me, this is the standerd form used by the majority. Blame inaction on something or someone, this being our congress, and then show yourself as someone who is only trying to make things work the way they are supposed to work. You tell them that either it is some obstructionist or just plan people who disagree with him and his ideas that are the real problem. The blinded American people just walk like sheep to the slaughter house. They will accept anything that someone like Obama promises. But ! one day these sheep will wake up and see what is ahead of them. The problem then will be that nothing they do will change their fate, America as they knew it is DEAD on delivery. Pray for the real America to stand strong.

Thanks Kurt. When we need a malitia, we'll call you. Keep your guns loaded. As for what we (Experts) all knew and said back when, it doesn't help with what we need to do in November. We need to get out and vote. If this excuse for a leader gets re-elected for anther four years, then the USA will not make it through his next term. The USA will colapse into bankruptcy as our money will be worthless. If you think I'm kidding, just look at the value of the dollar around the world. With Obama printing money whenever he feels the need, our dollar plunges over the edge. You want an example you say? Okay, here's one. Two years ago the Japanese Yen was trading with the dollar for 140 yen to the dollar. Now it's 72 yen to the dollar. Why? Obamas Fiat money. What is Fiat money you ask? It's monopoly money. Nothing backing it.
What really amazes me is the percentage of people who still believe Obama is doing a great job. What is wrong with these people. Are they blind? Oh yeah, I know what it is. They're the ones who get all the free stuff from the rest of us hard working Americans. Yeah Yeah, I know. According to Rick Perry I don't have a heart. Maybe I'll go to the land of OZ and see if there is a guy behind a curtain that can "Give" me one....for free!
We need more Tea-Party rallies to get this crowd lathered up again. Hey, we might even run into some of those peaceful Occupy Wall Streeter's along the way. Isn't everyone sick and tired of listening to the liberal media bash us? Insult us? Degrade us? Tell lies about us? Compare us to Nazi's? All the while praising those nitwits that are disrupting businesses in every city, protesting the very thing that they want............jobs!! I really am confused. Is the Tea Party going to finally stand up for itself and scream out of the windows and from the rooftops, "We're mad as hell and we're not going to take it any more"? If you need someone to yell, I'm available.

David Weed, congratulations on your conversion, but you were foolish to believe him in the first place. The warning signs were all there prior to the election, but sadly you and many of your comrades fell for his bogus lies. Ronald Robertson made some eloquent comments in that regard, but it didn't take me talking to an Armenian emigre to figure out obama was a historical replica of hitler. That was totally clear if you looked beyond his lies. RE: Romney, I have not investigated him, but the test is simple: If both of his parents were US citizens, naturalized or native, at his birth, he is natural born. If his father was born in Mexico, that is just the first test. If by Mitt's birth, his father was naturalized, he's qualified. FYI, McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone, but because his parents were both US citizens, he was decided to be "natural born," despite being born outside of CONUS. The test is simple, perhaps too simple for the left to comprehend. I don't know, and at this point, all I care about is getting rid of, and off the ballot, obama who is a serious threat to the survival of our country. Back inline with the topic: he's a dictator. Not only incompetent, but corrupt and a socialist. AS for Ron Paul, true he has some great fiscal ideas, but his foreign policy is total horsecr@p. Perhaps that's your style because obama has a foreign policy that's no better. Don't repeat your mistake of 4 years ago. He's a flake.

The power of the purse plays a critical role in the relationship of the United States Congress and the President of the United States, and has been the main historic tool by which Congress can limit executive power. Appropriation bills cannot originate in the Senate, but the Senate can amend appropriation bills that originate in the House therefore the Republican house has a lot of power that needs to be used now!
Presently, budget limitations and using the power of the purse are the best chance we have of saving the country. Jan. 16 is the target for the next CR. We should push for the proposed Cut, Cap and Balance Act of 2011 (or HR 2560) that was a bill put forward in the 112th United States Congress by Republicans during the 2011 U.S. debt ceiling crisis. The provisions of the bill included a cut in the total amount of federal government spending, a cap on the level of future spending as a percentage of GDP, and, on the condition that Congress pass certain changes to the U.S. Constitution, an increase in the national debt ceiling to allow the federal government to continue to service its debts. Knowing that the Senate and the President will not approve it again this time a new provision needs to be added to any CR that states any federal office or office holder that is not found in the Constitution or not specifically approved and consented to will not be funded. and/or A mandatory cut of the executive branch operating expense budget must be submitted that will return the executive branch budget to pre-2007 levels before the next CR will be considered.

P3 Driver, the truth may hurt, but the comment was related to thread. There is no difference between the parties, they all answer to the same masters. I do agree with all the comments about Obama. I voted for him and have regretted it ever since. This time I am vetting all who wish to become President. Their past, present and future connections. Ron Paul is squeaky clean with no secrets in his closet and votes for what he believes in. He really believes in the Constitution. Obama may turn out to be the true Manchurian Candidate when all the investigation is done. How did he become President with one term in a state senate? What is his real name and where was he really born? Who paid for his college? It really is a long list of questions. During his campaign, why did he attend the Bilderburg Group meeting in Virginia with Bilderburger Hillary Clinton?
