Ask Florida House Speaker and  Your State Representative to Pass Anti-Sanctuary City Legislation

The Florida State House of Representatives will soon vote on a bill (HB 675) that would penalize cities for adopting illegal-alien sanctuary policies -- i.e., those that limit cooperation with federal immigration enforcement officials. It also provides a cause of action for personal injury or wrongful death caused by a city's sanctuary policies.

The measure is facing substantial opposition from pro-illegal alien groups and the media. Please help by contacting House Speaker Steve Crisafulli and your State Representative and asking them to pass HB 675.

ACTION ITEM: 1

Talking points are included below.

Calling Speaker Crisafulli
Please call Speaker Steve Crisafulli's office -- 850-717-5051 -- with the message below. If he is your State Representative, it is critical to mention it.

"I am a concerned Florida voter who respectfully asks you to ensure that HB 675 passes the House. The bill will stop local governments from shielding criminal aliens from federal immigration officials. This is critical for the safety of our communities.

Sanctuary policies are not needed to protect witnesses and crime victims who are illegal immigrants because they are protected under the federal "U" visa."

"I am a voter in your district who respectfully asks you to vote YES on HB 675. The bill will stop local governments from shielding criminal aliens from federal immigration officials. This is critical for the safety of our communities.

Sanctuary policies are not needed to protect witnesses and crime victims who are illegal immigrants because they are protected under the federal "U" visa."

Additional Talking Points
The patchwork array of sanctuary cities around Florida is leaving criminal illegal immigrants on our streets. This subjects citizens to unnecessary dangers, including from criminals who are deported but keep returning.

Two laws passed in 1996 expressly forbid sanctuary policies. Those statutes say in plain English that a city may prohibit its officers from communicating with the federal government about a person's immigration status.

Please stand with voters in your district who need some relief from our growing criminal alien problem. The noisy groups that oppose this bill do not have our best interests in mind.
Thank you in advance for your assistance

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
