Talk about dirty and dishonest.  Watch this clip from NBC and then, BreitBart has provided the uncut version which clearly states the "debt" is the black cloud.  His statement had nothing whatever to do with Obama except perhaps he was certainly responsible for about half of the massive increase in debt.  Perry is not a racist, but certainly these folks have nothing else to use to support this failed president.  Please do not be fooled as the "racist" version is now appearing everywhere!
