CA Public Schools Spending $990,000 To Train Kids To Sell Obamacare

 

 

 

The LAUSD isn’t shy about the fact that it’s using taxpayer money to train kids as propagandists. Gayle Pollard-Terry, an LAUSD spokesman sent out a proud email boasting about the new program:

 

Teens are part of a “pilot” program to test whether young people can be trained as messengers to deliver outreach and limited education to family and friends in and around their homes. Teens will be educating adults that they already know (e.g., family or friends) and not other adults.

In addition to the money being spent directly on turning our children into mouthpieces for the government, LAUSD will also use its staff (whose salaries come from taxpayers) to call family homes, make in-school presentations, and generally shill for ObamaCare.

The school district is very excited about the project. It seems unperturbed by the fact that, even as its using hundreds of thousands of dollars to sell a socialist program, it manages to graduate only two-out-of-every-three students who attend its schools.
