Should we be having the discussion about making unionized teachers pay more for their benefits and change union negotiation rules or should we be forcing the public school system in Wisconsin into the private market solution and an improvement in the education the children of Wisconsin gets.  Whatever way Wisconsin goes, the other states should follow.  In Wisconsin, public education eats up more and more tax dollars while the education system there gets worse and worse, and this is documented by the federal department of education.  The public school system is decaying and it may be time to  put it out of its misery totally?
