I think we should all start considering contingency plans. I will start with my ideas. We give all florida business the option to divert their fica taxes to the state. We pay for all current social security recipients as well as those getting ready to retire. For the upcoming generation we say we will no longer be withholding funds and we as parents teach personal responsibility. We get rid of property taxes and that way nobody gets kicked off their own property. We instead enact a flat tax with a low rate and that way as long as people buy stuff, taxes will be collected and everybody pays the same rate regardless of rich or poor. We get gov out of the welfare business all together. We instead get back to relying on family, friends, church, and charity. Anybody who goes to the emergency room gets either a bill or a payment plan. NOBODY for ANY REASON should be allowed to steal from any other taxpayer! We ignore the fed completely as well  as any other failing states. We remove the regulatory bariers to business, We invite drilling and refining and let those people make whatever proffit the market will allow. Eventually enough states will succede so that this fed will have no alternative to reform.
