facebook owns everything you post, including words and pictures.  they can do with it what they want.  you waive any rights of ownership when you sign up for facebook.  that's why a lot of computer savvy people don't sign up.  it's evil stuff, but you do it voluntarily.

Well John, for some reason you thought that private entities were bound by the first amendment and then the conversation got around to speech in general, which of course as we all know, speech is equal to money. So if you are talking about free speech, you are talking about money, they are one in the same. And if you are talking about the speechiest people in the country, you have to begin with the Koch brothers and there $400,000,000. That is some speech. and since there are the major funding source for the tea party and this site, their name most certainly comes up. Do not let the tea party get bought out by a couple of billionaires and their agenda, which has nothing to do with the agenda of most people. They are not our friends. They want to own the words. They can afford to own them.

So say whatever you like on Facebook, because it will only mena something within your circle of friends and family. Few others. Certainly not at facebook hq. Give it a rip.

$400 million isn't typical money from anyone. Sheldon Adelson can only mange to get off his hip pocket for a $100 million. And for that, he wants us to attack Iran. IF you get a war for $100 million, what do you get for $400 million???

Wall Street Bankers spent $160 million on lobbying in DC during 2011. Were it spent evenly among all 545 named participants that would be about $300,000 per particpant. These same banks have spent $140 million on campaign donations this year. So all the Wall Street Banks in two years haven't spent what the Koch brothers plan on spending this year. That is how much money  is $400 million .

It usurps our process. We had better get it back, because once these vampires get it they will not let go. Go to the website Holly suggested. Or FPIRG. Or Pro Publica. These are the people who are really talking about defending our republic, it ain't the Kochs. The danger to our country is that its interests our held by too few people, not too many. When the right, the tea party, attacks Obama they attack him as an elite. Well Mitt Romney IS THE ELITE. He has offshore bank accounts. He has profitted by destroying companies. He is in the pocket of the banksters. Hell, he is a bankster. He lists himself in SEC filings as CEO, President, Chairman and Sole Stockholder, yet says he has nothing to do with the company. What????? You don't like Obama, fine, but please don't tell me tha Willard Romney is the solution. He can't show tax returns? Really. What is there to hide?

John, do not embarrass yourself or assume that I am stupid in comparing $400 million to a "typical" anything. It is the single largest political contribution ever.

They are spending $400 million on this election, that is more than Obama spent on the general election last time and more than McCain raised in total. What do you think they want for that kind of cash?

John, no kidding, just post to a different site if you don't like it. No one forces you to do it. Besides, no one but the Koch brothers opinion matters for diddly squat. Oh and Sheldon Adelson whose sole purpose in life is to see tthe US at war with Iran. For that he is willing to pay $100 million. Post away, you're safe.

John, if one doesn't enjoy facebook looking at their posts, stay the f off of facebook. Problem solved. No constitutional issues here, keep moving.

I would also say I don't propose violence or use what could be considered hateful rhetoric.  I do say a lot of negative things about him, because as you pointed out, what exactly has the man done that has had a positive impact on the country?  He now thinks all our problems are because he didn't state a "plan" so to speak.  I think, by his actions, we know what his "plan" is................destroy the country!

Holly, the First Amendment protects your speech from governmental restriction, not Facebook.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
