First meeting of 2014 for Concerned Taxpayers of Duval County

The CTDC is a very, very parallel group that polices Duval County primarily.  I belong to both the Tea Party and the CTDC with no conflict at all.  The CTDC is a functional extension of the FCTP, even though there is no official binding agent.  Three or four other Board members of the CTDC are are members of FCTP.  I'm going to contact them to see if they are able to make the lunch meeting today.  So, if you would like to pursue a definitive, item driven course as it relates to local taxation, please feel free to join us tonight off Roosevelt Blvd.

January is the month that CTDC membership is renewed with a token contribution of $15.  It is also the month for the annual membership meeting and the election of the Officers who will pursue the important business of the group.  In 2013 our point of view was frequently sought by the news media because of the positions we took on the many political and managerial issues facing the City.  We continue to maintain three lawsuits with the City:  Trail Ridge Landfill, Police and Firemen's Pension Fund, and the Debacle of the appointment of the General Council of the City.  The latter has received wide notice throughout City Hall.
The new year will continue to bring opportunities to focus attention on the debilities of the City Government while urging correction and improvement.  In the past couple of years our membership roster has shrunk to a mere few stalwarts who continue to push for the rights and benefit of the Duval County Taxpayer.  Our mission is clear, our resolve is strong and we will press onward.  But it would be nice if a few of our old members would re-join our ranks.  The invitation is open.
Our next meeting will be held at the Crispers Restaurant at the corner of St. John's Avenue(4509) and Roosevelt Blvd. at 6:00 PM, west-side.  Come and join us.
Membership dues may be paid at the meeting or you may mail a check to: Joe Andrews, 7198 Cypress Cove Rd., Jacksonville, Fl. 32244.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
