Florida Election Laws and Bill Nelson is going to Eric Holder to get repealed

This is a copy of the newsletter about the Florida election laws and what our buddy Bill Nelson would like to do about getting them rolled back.  You had better write (I don't suspect he will listen since he hasn't for quite some time now............but we have to keep trying).  The copies of his letters and Durbin's letter are available along with the letter sent to our state attorney general.  He must not be allowed to get our laws reversed so we can have massive voter fraud.  The folks involved don't exactly inspire faith at least for me: Bill Nelson, Dick Durbin (from of all places Illinois) and Eric Holder (nothing virtuous there).

Here is an E-Letter from Bill Nelson and below it, my response:

Dear Friends,

Late yesterday, I received word that a congressional panel has agreed to my request to investigate new voting restrictions passed earlier this year by Florida's Legislature. Florida's law cut early voting days and limited voter registration drives, among other changes. Some believe its passage was part of a broader voter-suppression effort in more than a dozen states that passed voting limits this year.

Sen. Dick Durbin, the Illinois lawmaker in charge of the Senate Judiciary subcommittee, said in a letter to me yesterday he’ll hold an investigative field hearing in Florida, in part, because Florida’s new law "will almost certainly disenfranchise a wide swath of the state's young, minority, senior, disabled, rural, and low income voters."

“In a democracy as vibrant as ours,” Sen. Durbin wrote, “there is perhaps no right that is so sacred or fundamental than the right to vote. I am deeply troubled by the disenfranchising impact of these recently passed state voting laws.”

You can click here to read his letter and my letter requesting the investigation.

I’ll be sure to let you know when and where the hearing will be. Thanks for your interest in this issue.

And my response to the Nelson E-Letter:

Mr. Nelson,
I strongly disagree with your current attempt to get the federal government to interfer in yet another area which is not in their venue. That area is state laws involving voting. The state of Florida is trying to prevent and eliminate voter fraud, and make the election process honest and straight forward for every one (not just those who wish would use voter fraud to tip the balance of votes in favor of you and your fellow democrats as has been done previously).
You, understandably, want as few barriers between you and getting the votes you need to get re-elected regardless of whether they are truly real votes or not. After reading about some of the events related to the administration, which you support totally through your votes and words, I am not in favor of you attempting to corrupt the voting system in our state as well.
Please do not include the state's young, minority, senior, disabled, rural, and low income voters in your outcry. These are not the people you, Mr. Durbin, or Eric Holder really care about. This is about being able to get people into the polls that have no right to vote at all, so they can get you and fellow democrats voted back into office, so you can continue the assault on our country and our constitution. By doing what you and your fellow democrats want, it will enable voters to even cross state lines and vote in our state by giving the address of a friend or saying they are a resident of our city or our state when they are not or even going to several polls as different people as they do in California which has the kinds of laws you and your democratic friends favor. It, in fact, makes my vote null and void and many others votes null in void by eliminating the safe guards, and people like me are in the majority.
I worked as a poll watcher in the last election and saw things, as many other poll watchers did, that violate federal election laws and had been occurring prior to the last election unchecked. The reason more stringent laws were passed was to stop even worse attempts at voter fraud and manipulation we fully expect in future elections.
We live in a country of laws (albeit most of the current Washington crowd thinks they are exempt from) and free and FAIR elections is one of them. To keep them fair, rules are required and identification verifying who the voter is must be a requirement (it is no less than is required to get a driver's license, cash a check, board a plane or countless other functions.......even to use a credit card to verify who you are) and a necessary part of keeping elections HONEST and FAIR.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
