This is an article from Gainesville.com about the EPA tax increase being

proposed by the EPA and the environmental wackos that control it. The

appalling thing is that an un-elected un-accountable bunch of bumbling

bureaucrats has this power due to the spineless abdication by the

Congress of their responsibility to make the tough decisions. Congress

creates a Federal agency with ill-defined and essentially un-limited

rule making authority, giving the bloated bureaucracy the ability to act

as a super legislature with the power to lay expensive regulatory

burdens on the states.

Yet this is only one example of the burdens that the EPA places upon us.

Think of all the roadblocks they put in the way of energy development.

If there is a single act that would remove the shackles from the US

economy and get it back into gear it would be to SHUT DOWN THE EPA.

That will of course not happen under the willfully destructive Obama

regime. The driving force to our un-equaled standard of living has been

the widespread availability of inexpensive energy (think gas and

electricity). That is why his administration is constantly in

opposition to energy production and expansion of any kind.
