This bill has already passed in the senate and has been sent to the house.  This attack on our 2nd amendment rights is very much like what was pulled on the American people to get the 16th amendment passed (and then, they did exactly as they wished and greatly expanded on what they did as far as increasing tax rates on those they deemed as successful and wealthy along with everyone else.............and we have all suffered the results of that horrid mistake of voting in favor of passing this amendment every since).  We can not let them put any constraints on our 2nd amendment rights period; first and foremost, this bill is unconstitutional and puts huge leverage in the hands of the IRS (unelected officials), and secondly, it is only a foot in the door that we must never allow no matter how well it is presented to us.
