We, the supporters of the Tea Party movement, have finally appeared on the radar screen of the other side. They can no longer deny that we exist or that the movement is continuously growing. We now need to be prepared for confrontations by the others at each Tea Party event. In our response to these confrontations we need to heed the message of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. when people were joining the civil rights marches. "If you cannot accept physical confrontation without resorting to physical violence you need to support the movement in another way".(I wrote this quote from memory. I may not have it totally correct.) Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Gandhi were correct. Non-violence is essential to gaining public support for our cause. We cannot allow ourselves to become distracted from our goal by violence. Negative actions by any member of the Tea Party at any event will be shown by media around the world and will discredit the movement.

I look forward to a great gathering April 15th at the Landing.
