In other words -you must vote yes so you will not hurt the feeling of Councilman Bill Bishop who is asking Council to take this money out of your pocket for a place for a dog to take a . . . .

Also I have received an urgent message about the Ethics issue that is being stalled in Committee- again this is by Councilmember Bill Bishop. First he wastes your tax dollars and now he has stopped the Ethics bill for over a month.
