House Memorial 545 

by Representative Neil Combee (R) was heard in the state House Local and Federal Affairs Committee on today at 8:00 am. 

HM-545 passed by a vote of 10 to 3 with 5 committee members absent.  It now moves to the state House Judiciary Committee.

HM-545 by Representative Combee is a message to the Congress of the United States and the President that reminds them uphold the Constitution and rights of the citizens it was created to protect. 
Every elected official, in their Oath of Office swears to uphold the Constitution. 

This Memorial declares the intent of Legislators in Florida to uphold their oath of office and protect Second Amendment right -- should the majority of the elected officials in Washington forget theirs.
