Obama can't keep ships away from the Gulf Article IV Section X
Article I, Section X of the Constitution states “No state shall without Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage keep troops, or ships of war in time of peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.” I would think the gulf States are in danger and need the ships asap!

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??
If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
