Here is a brief overview of what should happen between now and the meeting on Monday. Thanks to Sharon Higgins in Lake County, FL for the great notes.

“KrisAnne Hall gave a brief introduction to the issue, referenced her articles on Nullification which are on her website along with a sample letter to be used for sending to our legislators and Governor. (www.krisannehall.com).

The Tenth Amendment Center has a petition and a resolution on their website; http://florida.tenthamendmentcenter.com/

Americans for Prosperity has an Action Alert on their website. www.afpflorida.com.

She recommended that we send letters from our own perspectives, focusing on the constitutional and economic issues. She is scheduled to speak before the committee on Monday but may only be given 5 minutes. They are trying to find out if other people can sign up to speak and then reserve their time for KrisAnne. She suggested that we do an “e-rally” beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 2nd and run through 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 3rd. During this time we should bombard our Florida legislators and the Governor with emails, phone calls, faxes, and tweets.Anyone who can, should go to Tallahassee on Monday and plan on visiting the committee member’s offices prior to their hearing. We need to make it clear that if they do go ahead and set up the health exchanges there will be consequences to their actions. We need to let them know that we will not support them if they implement the exchanges. We also need to resolve ourselves to the fact that we will not comply with the law if it goes into effect.

Further, the complete NULLIFICATION of the Patient Affordability Care Act must be enacted in Florida to rid us of this curse once and for all. See our model legislation at http://tenthamendmentcenter.com/legislation/federal-health-care-nullification-act/

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
