OBAMA'S ATTACK ON LIBYA REPORTED TO BE BASED ON GLOBAL GOVERNANCE MILITARY DOCTRINE TIED TO SOROS

I regret to say that I find the information in the below-linked article both believable and alarming. It helps to explain Obama's rapid rise from obscurity to the highest elected office in the United States of America, for it took a lot of money and influence to make that happen. It also leads me to believe that the habitual frequent delays in Obama's decision-making could be explainable by those decisions having to be filtered through Soros-connected activists advising Obama. In this case, billionaire Soros' activist in the White House is none other than Obama's National Security Council Special Adviser on Human Rights, Samantha Power, who has strong ties to Soros and is a champion of the global governance military doctrine, "Responsibility to Protect," that Obama is claimed to have followed in his attack on Libya.

The above also helps to explain why Obama no longer depends on advice from his U.S. Senate-approved Cabinet and gives life to the speculation that formerly unknown and unaccomplished Obama's mach speed rise to power is due to his having been a George Soros-created puppet, with Soros and his like-minded global governance minders pulling his strings.  Further, it makes me wonder who actually is our President.

This situation bears international implications that are antithetical to the content of the Constitution of the United States.

Below are some excerpts from the news article that you can read in full at the link provided:

"Philanthropist billionaire George Soros is a primary funder and key proponent of the global organization that promotes the military doctrine used by the Obama administration to justify the recent airstrikes targeting the regime of Moammar Gadhafi in Libya.
The activist who founded and coined the name of the doctrine, "Responsibility to Protect," sits on several key organizations alongside Soros.

Also, the Soros-funded global group that promotes Responsibility to Protect is closely tied to Samantha Power, the National Security Council special adviser to Obama on human rights. Power has been a champion of the doctrine and is, herself, deeply tied to the doctrine's founder.

According to reports, Power was instrumental in convincing Obama to act against Libya.
The Responsibility to Protect doctrine has been described by its founders and proponents, including Soros, as promoting global governance while allowing the international community to penetrate a nation state's borders under certain conditions..."

Colonel Allen West doesn't have a wimp gene in his body. There's nothing not to like about him that I've heard or read about. Whoever that pro-Islam guy was, he bought himself a problem when he tried to match wits with West, who has a storehouse of knowledge that he can back up with great detail. I bet that guy's ear hairs were singed. Wouldn't a Michelle Bachman/Allen West ticket be dynamic? One thing for sure, it wouldn't be dull.

The OMB, Office of Budget and Management, is a creation of and administered by the Executive Branch of Government.  They only compute their assessments and determinations on the basis of numbers provided to them.  They are not a body that originates their own numbers to base their projections on.  So, numbers they provide are not necessarily factual.

Joining the Adams Group is a good idea.  I'll have to get the information on it.  I really like Bachman and she was running for the Speakership against Boehner.  I wish she had won, because she wouldn't have wimped out on the budget.

And, yes, Obama has brought the corrupt Chicago machine's politics and tactics into his Administration, complete with his Chicago buddy, Rahm Emanuel who, it gives me pleasure to say, just got huges boo's at a ball game in Chicago.  Even they don't like their new Mayor who is cut from the same cloth as Mayor Daley and Obama.  While in Chicago, Obama was a member of the New Party, an off-shoot of the Communist Party U.S.A., that had an office in the same building as ACORN, for whom Obama was an attorney and community organizer. That's what we now have for a President.  It's enough to turn your stomach wrong side out.

Meant to add, i like your timeline on changing Congress, a lot better, J.R.

As far as that inane remark by the President, there he is wrong, the legislative process is supposed to be a through open, healthy debate until a bill is perfect and then only passed a major majority, it is suppose to a very slow process for very obvious reasons. Apparently in Chicago they have very dirty, messy legislation that is passed through on a fast track with barely a majority vote just over 50%, the thug way of doing business.

Roma, i bookmarked that url, i will get a list of all the Congressional member that i have and merge it with more by seeing who i can email or not on congress.org and merge into a file. I have just been emailing the swing votes from the start of the Health Care debate, Stimulus and several other important votes that came up at the start of 2009 on up. I would take the lists from conservative emails of the Congressional members they had listed to contact. And we can refine it from there.

A list of RINOs would be great, we can discount all the Dems although there are a couple who claim they are for the Right to Life. i listen to one speak last night on FOX, but i do not remember his name. Sad to say LeMeiux would probably fit on that list, i really enjoyed that he would write back and he would actually address my concerns. He voted several bills on massive spending and several that i disagreed with, i just wonder if he got caught up in the newness of his office, but then he was Crist's campaign manager on his governorship. I will email him with my concerns later next week and let you all know what he says, i need to back track on all his votes. i am really impressed with Adam Hasner, C.A.I.R. is trying to tear him down, which is a good thing because Hasner has ALWAYS been a constitutional conservative. He would be a GREAT one to have in the U.S. Senate.

J.R. There was a amendment in 1921:

According to the Constitution, all federal appropriations must be authorized by Congress-a control sometimes called the "power of the purse." Two key players in this process are the House Ways and Means Committee and the Senate Finance Committee. In 1921, Congress passed the Budget and Accounting Act, requiring presidents to propose an executive budget to Congress and creating theBureau of the Budget to help them. In the 1970s, President Nixon reorganized the Bureau of the Budget and renamed it the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The OMB now supervises preparation of the federal budget and advises the president on budgetary matters.

That sounds like a great idea J.R. & Roma. We need to get the facts, the truth and deal with and somehow let Congress know that is how we want D.C. and Congress to change the way they do business. I would like to get rid of power of Lobbyists with big dollars.

E-mail to me this morning from Michelle Bachman:

"Dear J.R.,

Early this morning, I joined with 27 other Republicans in opposition to the continuing resolution brokered by President Obama and Congressional leaders. While millions of Americans expect Congress to make significant efforts to address our nation's fiscal problems, the deal that was made leaves us with a paltry $36 billion in cuts and fails to de-fund Obamacare and Planned Parenthood. This continuing resolution is a disappointment and ignores the mandate given to us by voters in November. Keeping in line with my promises, I will continue to oppose any continuing resolution or budget plan that does not de-fund Obamacare or make significant cuts in government spending, and I will not yield in this effort.

Below, I've included some articles detailing the budget battle over the past week. Please read them, share them with your friends and family, and let me know your thoughts by visiting my Facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/teambachmann. As I represent our constitutional conservative values here in Washington, your feedback is so important to me, and I hope to hear from you about this important issue.

As always, thank you for your kind words and support.

Sincerely,

Michelle Bachman"

"Congress is currently embroiled in a funding fight over how much to spend on less than one-fifth of the federal budget for the next six months. Whether we cut $33 billion or $61 billion—that is, whether we shave 2% or 4% off of this year's deficit—is important. It's a sign that the election did in fact change the debate in Washington from how much we should spend to how much spending we should cut..."

Show me in the Constitution where the President has a delegated role in the budget process or determining the content of spending bills.  He can offer his version of a proposed budget in hopes the House will consider it, but they have no responsibility to do so. The President can try to influence the process and he can veto a passed law that is sent to him by Congress. Congress can override the veto if they have the votes to do so.  What Obama did was act as Bully-in-Chief, commanding the majority leaders of both Chambers to show up at his imperial White House for a brow-beating and manipulation process.  What's constitutional about that?  They can't change the Constitution without amending it through the process required by the Constitution---and they can't put it on hold in order to avoid it.  I taught the Constitution for a number of years to advance-placement seniors in high school American Government classes.  They got it.  If we, in the Tea Party, can teach those in the American pubic who don't understand it, they will likely get it, too.  Maybe some of us should get together and set up a website called "Constitution 101."

As we understand from Roma's research on Boehner's voting record, it's hard to see how he was elected Speaker of the House. The huge new freshman class of House Members we sent to Washington probably didn't have enough time to study the voting records, since they were brand new and not yet up to speed on everything.  We need to do a voting scorecard for all of them and rank their performance on adherence to the Constitution and mail it to all House members---and do one on Senators' voting records, as well.  In every bill passed by either chamber, there should be included the constitutional basis for it that allows its passage.  And that one best way mentality, i.e. "We've always done it this way, therefore we'll alway do it this way" has got to go. And the good old boys who adhere to it have got to go. They can either get in step with the American people and the Constitution or find a new line of work.

Many thanks for posting all the helpful links to information and means of communication with elected officials.  I'm adopting J.L.'s idea of creating a convenient file to facilitate communicating our opinions, information and ideas to members of Congress. In order to vote with the voice of the people, they need to know what it is and understand how the Constitution protects our voice in a government of, by and for the people.

I don't believe it will take eight election cycles to bring about significant change in the makeup of the Senate.  We already did it in the House of Representatives, they just elected the wrong person for Speaker of the House.  Michelle Bachman, for one, would have been better and she was in the running and has a solid, conservative voting record.  I believe we can do for the Senate, in no more than two election cycles, what we did for the House in 2010---perhaps even in one.  There will be 25 Democrat Senate seats up for grabs in 2012, and only 10 Republican seats up for grabs. That gives us a huge advantage and opportunity to clean house in the Senate, in 2012. Many Democrats are retiring because they see the handwriting on the wall re their chances for re-election.  We have many months left to convince others of that possibility. We also need to replace some RINOs with conservatives.

The high-profile view the public has gotten of the blatant bullying, threatening, coercion, and manipulation by the President in the Congressional budget process should serve as an education for the voters to see just what kind of person they don't want to vote for in 2012.  Obama made the process and his role in it look as objectionable as the making of sausage, and that's not by anybody's standard an example of what we want to see in our President.

Perhaps we all need to write speaker Boehner and remind him of his voting record, and to tell him we support the Patriot act, and we want our government returned to the guide lines of our U.S.Constitution. He needs to get with Bachman and all who are giving the after hours Constitutional classes to any Congressional member who wants to participate. Census per FOX, a  lot of people are very angry with Boehner for negotiating and not getting the full cuts. http://www.speaker.gov/

And we need to write Paul Ryan, McCarthy, Cantor, Bachmann and all the other TeaParty Conservatives in Congress and tell them the same. Some will not accept your emails, you can call them or just get a city from their offices in the districts they serve and get the four digit zip code from the USPS by the office address, keep your address the same but change the city, state with the zip + four and they will accept your emails: http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp'

I write all the Congress members in that manner some accept emails from outside their district some don't. I keep a folder with all the info gathered so i can access it when needed and i usually go through congress.org but have also gone to house.gov and senate.gov also.

Meant to add Boehner holding fast actually brought up all the lying and manipulation shenanigans done by the media and the Dems to the surface, which is good. The GOP just stuck to the facts. We all need to go out and blog the facts and the truth at news media blogs and such and get the word out.
Comment by JL Gawlik on April 9, 2011 at 11:15am

Roma, i do not think Boehner sold out the people, he called attention to the spending, called attention that many things need to be cut and we have a spending problem. This is why the Dems manipulated it the way they did and that was to strike at the GOP. This was just the start of it. And i think the GOP won. Look at all the cuts, it took a while to get to this point and it is going to take a while to get back to normal although i think it may be a decade someone pointed out on another blog on this site, Robert McDonald that it will take at least 8 more federal election cycles to clean both houses, which makes since but we the people need to keep the pressure on, that is why they had a difficult time passing the Health Care Bill in 2010. Now the moderate Dems, the ones that are left are eying the 2012 run, now is the time to let them know, if they do not support cuts and repeals there will be NO hope for them to even be thinking about coming back to Congress, though i think NONE of them deserve to be voted back in because of all damage they have caused by their party votes.

Where did you find that the President is NOT suppose to be involved in the budget process? Perhaps that is the word we need to spread to ALL the TeaParties, i am surprised if that is true that no one has picked up on it yet, that would of been great information to have in the first of many fights. The next one is next week then in May.
