Aren't the OWS the folks Obama and all his buds just raved about when they got started and continued by sleeping in Parks and being obnoxious and distruction in pretty much every city where there was an encampment?   This was written prior to the shooter being 100% identified as being OWS.  And now, one does wonder if this fellow is right.
