A bill to protect private property rights and provide a layer of insulation from the United Nations’ Agenda 21 control is working its way through the State of Oklahoma, passing the State House on March 4th.
Rep. Lewis Moore, sponsor of the bill said, “This bill protects your private property from being acquired by eminent domain without a public vote or public hearing.”
The bill, HB2807, is called the “Oklahoma Community Protection Act.” It prohibits any state agency or political subdivision from adopting or implementing “policy recommendations that deliberately or inadvertently infringe upon or restrict private property rights without due process.”
The bill also voids any commitments which might presently exist under “sustainable development” or comparable Agenda 21 programs.
The bill says, “Any debt or commitment to an international or federal entity whereby the citizens did not have the ability to exercise their constitutional rights shall be considered null and void.”
This is the type of concept that could really catch on in the land of the free. Oklahomans like it, the vote in favor was 66 to 26.
While largely ignored by the media and politicians, UN Agenda 21 is a serious effort utilizing the United Nations as a cover organization to gain control of the United States through progressive compliant granting of oversight on what appears to be a voluntary basis, but which will ultimately yield control and government to the United Nations. It was established in 1992 in Rio at its Conference on Environmental and Development and also operates under the guise of “sustainable development.”
A key inroad utilized in the effort to garner legal authority is the threat of damage to the environment and an appeal to be responsible citizens of the Earth, rather than a nation.
HB2805 moves next to the state senate, where it will be subject to committee deliberation, followed by full senate debate.
It is likely that many of the members have had some dealings already with the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives ICLEI as it was formerly known. That name showed too much of the man behind the curtain, so the international aspect has been toned down and a new name, Local Governments for Sustainability is now being used.
It’s the same UN control mechanism under the guise of planetary responsibility, just a stealthier version as people start to catch on to what they are up to.
The Oklahomans seem to be catching on a little quicker than others.

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
