Exactly.  Good Lord you do have a lot of "military" stuff around you, wow. Unfortunately because all of the frequencies are not tested, many times they do "stuff" and they are just testing the waters to see what the outcome is which is very unfortunate.  Russia is the leader with the Tesla towers and they have some very powerful Tesla towers, very powerful.  We are light years behind them in Tesla, however, we are graced with long term HAARP and somewhat Scalar.  That does not mean though that Russia could not use their Tesla on us or we use HAARP on them. I think we've finally come to the "Star Wars" battles that have been talked about for so long. We live in a really scary world and most poeple don't even know this type of stuff exists.  Nikola Tesla was building and testing his towers in the late 1800's, we've come a long way since then.  HAARP in Alaska started with 12 towers and in two years they expect to have 360 of them, their diapoles are 70 feet in diameter.  If you want to read a good book, read "Angels Don't Play This Haarp" paperback, about 110 pages, easy to understand, scary, but easy.

Oh oh, he has a rep as one of the "free speech" guys huh :).  that is too funny.  A radical weatherman or at the very least an investigative one...........which is good thing I would think.  It all sounds very interesting and yes, we do have a number of things like airports, submarine bases (Kings Bay just up over the Georgia line...........but really quite close), and 2 naval bases right within the city (sort of).  Could be 2 or 3 of them generating stuff all at one time and unaware the other is doing it too?

Patricia, I am much more knowledgable about HAARP rings and Scalar, I absolutely love to follow the HAARP rings.  When the two really bad tornadoes struck the west the HAARP rings were abundant, in one the day before and the other about two to three day in advance.  This type of RF wave may be coming from JAX, (the airport), the military base or some other weather modification system. Most all the big airports can create unwanted radio frequency waves with what they have on the ground for weather modification. The HAARP rings that we say when the Carolina's were having 100 degree heat was predicted two days in advance but there was like this something very unusual.  Dutch said that it was either something which I do not remember and then he said sort of jokingly that it will be like a microwave.  Well, little did he know that is was actually like a microwave, hot!  If you watch long enough you find things you are comfortable with: HAARP rings, Scalar (squares) but then you see stuff you've never seen before, then you watch, take notes and learn for the next event. Eglin AFB has threatened Dutch several times and directly told him to stop. Freedom of speech is a good thing. I would guess that J'ville is no different?

You are right about voting day.  Bad weather usually cuts turnout.  I go rain or shine, but some folks consider staying dry to be more important than choosing the person who could be the next president :).

Typically if I broadcast far and wide, somehow they know and cease all further doings.  It would not surprise me that the way things are going they will do this just to make our voting day horrible so there is no turnout or limited turnout!!!!!  Better safe than sorry though.......  You guys are just getting pummeled with radio frequency waves that should not be.  I am sure they are unhealthy for the human body and it's weather manipulation to boot.  We'll see.
