Michele, I'm so sorry you feel that way.  What group do you belong to in the FCTP?

If you will notice under events, the FCTP has several events scheduled.  How many of those will you be supporting?  How about past events?  We have several community groups and action teams that are working hard for this election year.  Are you involved in any of them?  How sad that you would make those comments.  It is my understanding that the press was not even involved, so exactly what did you accomplish with this "protest"?

Actually, it was my understanding that a few people from FCTP showed up. They may not have identified themselves or felt that they were supposed to "check in". And a number of email alerts were sent out to members with details encouraging them to go. If our members choose not to take part in an event, it has ALWAYS been their choice. I was out of town and came back with very little time to head up to Amelia, but I did notice that there was no time mentioned other than all weekend. Might be a reason why more didn't show up. I'm sorry this one didn't work out, but conversation such as yours doesn't make people want to join you either. We are patriots, with a strong love of God and our country. We think for ourselves. Leaders don't scream and ridicule expecting the outcome to be loyalty. Hope you have a better week.
