Republican Primary Debates.
The same way the Duval County REC and FCTP have teamed up to sponsor town halls, minority outreach, straw polls, informational meetings on important issues (pension fund), etc., there should be a real debate between all the Republican candidates running in the upcoming primary. In a real debate the moderator does not ask any questions. His job is just as a time keeper and to keep the meeting running. The debaters present their case and later challenge, question or disagree with each other.
Every candidate with primary opposition should be invited. Those who are too busy to accept the challenge should be represented by an empty chair and the opponent should present his case and later take questions from the audience.
Time is short. The REC and FCTP need to get to work right away.

Love it!! The first planning meeting to discuss events coming up that are already on the calendar and make suggestions for future events so we can start getting things planned and looking at a date is this coming Wednesday. We need to be ready to start broadcasting the save the date and publications as close to 3 months in advance, so you can imagine the details have to be pretty much set before we begin publicizing to make it a successful event. Last minute events are rarely a success. So glad you want to be a part of the team. I think you will be a fabulous addition Derby! Thanks!!

When , where, let me know and I will be there. The primaries for City Council are next year, and I know of more than one Republican running. Of course, the Communist Democrats should be invited too. Unfortunately , some Republicans are almost as bad as a Democrat.

Sounds like it would have been a great idea Derby! It takes months to prepare for an event like this, as it took months to prepare for the straw poll where you would have seen many candidates and heard their positions. However, it's wonderful that you brought up how important it is to have these events. It takes planning and people to make these things happen. There will be a request sent out today for help with the events team. Hoping you will bring your great ideas and be a part of this team!

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
