At the very least, Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul has been consistent in saying that he won’t “probably” will not support the Republican Presidential candidate were he to lose in the GOP primary. There’s no reason to believe that a path to a primary victory exists for Paul, just as it didn’t in 2008. Here’s what Paul said about supporting the eventual nominee this time around-

I agree Amanda. If Dr. Paul doesn't see that the nominee espouses most of the principles to which he does, why should he compromise his principles?
It is up to the eventual Republican nominee to earn those votes. The notion that someone can cost someone else votes is crazy. It is up to each candidate to get people to vote for them. Paulbots, if that is what you choose to call them, are able to determine for themselves who to vote for if their candidate does not make it to the general election.
Democrats blamed Ralph Nader for taking away votes from Gore in 2000. How about blaming Gore for not closing the deal? This notion that a party or candidate is owed votes is an aberration. It is time to dispel such myths.
If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
