Truly, I'm amazed they the "power elite" have held the monetary system together this long.
I trust Govornor Scott, he is a smart man and has weighed all of the secondary costs.
First the Federal Government simply does not have the money to allocate for high-speed train.
If we know this then why would Florida want to proceed with the high-speed train.
Yes California would be a better decision, as I base my opinion on the trust I have for the people of Florida.
Thank you Governor Scott for common sense, we appreciate your determination.

It is about time someone stood up for balancing a budget for real. And yes, you should have to pay something toward your retirement. And your health insurance. What a concept! Especially when your salary comes from public funds.
Setting a poor example for students just shows where the state of education and responsibility has gone...

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
