Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum has filed suit declaring the recently passed federal health care legislation unconstitutional. As badly as we need health care reform, this liberal leftist bill saddled us with costs we can't afford and more government control of our lives. Consider that Social Security is operating at a loss, meaning that anyone on Social Security is about to have their benefits cut, and you have a glimpse of what to expect under government health care. The dependent elements of our society are about to see that they will actually have less health care available to them AND fewer Social Security benefits. Attorney General McCollum has done the country a huge service by filing this lawsuit.

As a conservative, do you really understand the threat to your liberty, the Constitution and the American way of life by the left? Do you? The liberal left just delivered a petition with 60,000 signatures OPPOSING this lawsuit to the Attorney General. The left is organized, and well funded thanks to relentless fund raising and organizing efforts, many funded by your tax dollars. They will work tirelessly to defeat this lawsuit.
