Interesting to note, i have also talked with immigrants from Russian who are now US Citizens tell me what actually happened to our pubic school system when Communist Russia failed, many immigrated here, became citizens and infiltrated our public school system. They clearly see what is going on in our government, our schools, our colleges, universities, Washington DC and Congress, the Communist/Marxist threat is very real. One of the senior Congressman Bernie Sanders is the founder of the Congressional Progressive Caucus in the late 90s. He is a avowed Socialist/Marxist, like many members of Congress.

Robert, you are very correct in what you posted as to what is going on in our political system, our government and our Congress. Unions, Universities and colleges are all behind it. Just as you stated the problems is that President Obama, Nancy Pelosi and ALL the other Progressive Democrats, is that they lie about their intent, their agenda, and their goals. You can NOT listen to what they say, but watch what they do.

i believe Amanda is a Progressive Liberal Democrat, these are my thoughts, her posts lean that way. To sit there and deny that there is NO Communist/Marxist threat in our country is complete denial period. This group has been trying to destroy our Constitutional Republic for over 100 years now.

We have a very big threat to our US Constitution and it is being driven by the Progressive Democrats. If she wants to call it a 'rant', so be it but there is a real threat here and many are coming out of the closet as to who they really are because they really believe they will win.

How any American can support any union thru dues is beyond me, they are part of the communist threat.

That whole term 'neocon' is a Progressive PC tag period. Just my opinion. 

Just look at all who were behind ONE NATION, they are behind OWS and are bankrolling it all. It is sad when Americans LIE to other Americans about the truth and facts.

Amanda;\I believe you are hiding your head in the sand. Of course neo-cons don't call themselves that and liberals, progressives and socialists don't call themselves communists. Don't pay attention to what they say, watch what they do. If their actions advance an agenda then you decide what they really are.

I  stand corrected, however Buckley was no neocon, at least in today's definition of the term. He thought Iraq was a mistake in its totality, whereas Perlman, Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld, Cheney, Bolton all hold diametrically opposed views.

You didn't dispute the rest of my contention, do you cede the point?

Name one instance of communism, as an institutional ideal, in any state/national agency.

Here is the chance we become a communist country anytime in the next 200 years. 5%

It is certainly possible, but it has failed in every manifestation so fully, that I can't imagine any society today choosing to become communist. We have a plutocracy. That is why it works as it does.

The people do not have the power, the powerful have the power.

1. Buckley was never a "Bircher". He is what was what is called a neo-conservative ( people who abide by the constitution only when it is convenient) .

2.  Communism is ALREADY widely spread, especially in our government, universities and media. Senator Joe McCarthy was right. He drove the communists underground, they re-emerged calling themselves liberals ( a stolen adjective ), progressives and democrats.

This stuff was written by Cleon Skousen in 1958. Now I know that he is Glenn's svengali, but to the rest of the world he is just crazy. Heck even Birchers like Buckley thought he was a loon. So can we once and for all move past  the rants of a fringe actor who is more than 50 years out of context. Communism is no danger of spreading, least of here.
