The Ethics Commission needs to be a strong independent commission and your help is needed to make it that
In case anyone is under the delusion the city council can appoint and micro manage the ethics commission, you need to read this opinion piece written by an attorney who served on the Jacksonville Ethics Commission for 3 years and what he encountered. I have also included an opinion piece supported by all the heirachy at the Times Union in support of a strong independent ethics commission and could not agree with them more.

It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening!
