A coalition of business groups have recommended tightening the eligibility for unemployment as costs have gone through the roof for businesses.  A number of business groups are involved and have made recommendations and the state legislature is considering revamping both the eligibility requirements and the tax rate at this time.  Lots of very good information in this article and well worth a read to keep abreast of this important issue for the businesses and residents of our state.
